The pattern you like is damage. This rock cracked, water sealed the crack, and then it cracked again in a different place.

It did that over and over in the ground near Chihuahua, in Mexico. Every cream and rust loop in your hand is a break that closed.

Aries, you have broken and rebuilt yourself so often that nobody sees the joins any more, including you.

You go at things hard and then something stalls and you feel it as a verdict on you. Somebody clocked how fast you were when you were young, and you have been trying to get that face back ever since. The slow stretch after a beginning feels like proof you chose wrong.

The loops only formed because it kept going.

Silica water filled a hole in the rock and laid down one band, then another, for a very long time. Nothing about it was quick.
