Kept in your words. Names of other people are never stored, only the relationship.

Only deliberate actions are kept for the Oracle to mention. When you open the app, how long you stay and how far you scroll are never spoken back to you.
Things it has guessed
Guesses are only ever asked as questions, and every one shows the actions it was built from. You can say it is wrong.
Every message you are sent is written from at least one of these, plus your chart and the stone catalogue. That record is kept so the claim that this was written for you can be checked.
